Is there anything worse than sending something off for the first time? Especially when its to an editor you've never really worked with before in a market where you don't have a huge amount of experience?
Hitting "send" you think, "Oh crap, what if I forgot something?"
Just figured I'd share my insecurities.
Oh, and also, Stardust is a fine wee film. Not groundbreaking. Not absolutely brilliant. But a great wee fairytale for the big screen and with some nicely judged humour as well. Except Ricky Gervais who, as usual, isn't stretched beyond his usual wee cameo although he's likeable enough on screen.
I'm told by those who've read it that it doesn't match the book, but then, when do these things ever do that? As a film its very well done.
